Clause 2

Amendment of section 13

Subsection (2) of section 13 of the Jurong Town Corporation Act, 1968, is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the full-stop appearing at the end of paragraph (i) thereof and substituting therefor a semi-colon; and

(b)

by inserting immediately thereafter the following new paragraph: —“(j)to provide and maintain adequate and efficient port services and facilities in the Jurong Port.”.
