Clause 3

Amendment of section 14

Subsection (1) of section 14 of the Jurong Town Corporation Act, 1968, is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “or” appearing in paragraph (a) thereof;

(b)

by deleting the full-stop appearing at the end of paragraph (b) thereof and substituting therefor the expression “; or”; and

(c)

by inserting immediately after paragraph (b) thereof the following new paragraph: —“(c)from such other source as the Minister may direct.”.
