Amendment of section 13

Subsection (1) of section 13 of the Ordinance is hereby amended by deleting the words “two hundred” and “five hundred” appearing in the eleventh and in the twelfth lines thereof and substituting therefor the words “five hundred” and “one thousand” respectively.
