Clause 10
Trees and plants planted pursuant to sections 8 and 9 not to be damaged or removed
(1)
No person shall wilfully damage, destroy or remove a tree or plant which has been planted pursuant to section 8 or 9 of this Act.
(2)
Any person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) of this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars.
