Amendment of section 2
Section 2 of the Parking Places Ordinance, 1963 (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the Ordinance”) is hereby amended —
by inserting immediately before the definition of “parking place” appearing therein the following new definition: —“ “park” with its grammatical variations means, in respect of a vehicle, to bring such vehicle to a stationary position and cause it to wait for any purpose;”; and
by inserting immediately after the definition of “parking place” appearing therein the following new definition: —“ “Superintendent” means the Superintendent of Car Parks appointed by the Minister under the provisions of section 4A of this Ordinance and includes a person appointed to act as Superintendent;”.
