Clause 3

The Ordinance is hereby amended by inserting immediately after section 3 thereof the following new section: —“Use of property as a parking place3A. The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, authorise the use as a parking place of any land or premises with respect to which an arrangement has been made between the Superintendent and the owner or the occupier thereof for the use of such land or premises as a parking place.”.
