Amendment of section 69
Section 69 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “from the importer” appearing in paragraph (c) thereof; and
(b)
by deleting paragraph (d) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(d)such tobacco is re-exported within six months from the date upon which customs duty was paid; and”.
