Clause 16

The principal Act is hereby amended by inserting immediately after section 199 thereof the following new section: —“Investigation of affairs of related corporation199A. Where an inspector thinks it necessary for the purposes of the investigation of the affairs of a company to investigate the affairs of a corporation which is or has at any relevant time been a corporation deemed to be related by virtue of section 6 of this Act to the company he may, with the consent in writing of the Minister, investigate the affairs of that corporation.”.
