Amendment of section 2
Section 2 of the Companies Act, 1967 (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the principal Act”) is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the expression “Part I … Preliminary ss. 1–6” appearing in the third line thereof and substituting therefor the expression “Part I … Preliminary ss. 1–6A”; and
(b)
by inserting immediately after the expression “Division 3 — Shares ss. 54–69.” appearing in the fourteenth line thereof the expression “Division 3A — Substantial Shareholdings ss. 69A–69M.”.
