Amendment of section 132

Section 132 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by inserting immediately after the word “make” appearing in the second line of subsection (2) thereof the word “improper”;

(b)

by deleting the word “improper” appearing in the fourth line of subsection (2) thereof; and

(c)

by deleting subsection (4) thereof.
