Clause 22

Application to naval ships and Government vessels

(1)

The provisions of this Act do not apply to vessels belonging to the naval, military or air forces of Singapore or of any other country.

(2)

Subject to the provisions of subsection (1) of this section, the provisions of this Act shall apply to all ships belonging to or in the employment of the Government, and in such application the word “Director” shall be read for “owner”.
