Clause 28

Consequential amendments

The Port of Singapore Authority Ordinance, 1963 (Ord. 36 of 1963), is hereby amended —

(a)

by inserting immediately after the word “Ordinance” appearing in the second line of paragraph (d) of section 10 thereof the words “and any other written law”; and

(b)

by inserting immediately after the word “Ordinance” appearing in the fifth line of subsection (1) of section 11 thereof the words “and any other written law”.
