Clause 5

Amendment of section 21

Section 21 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(1) The Corporation shall with the concurrence of the Minister appoint for every year an auditor for the Corporation.”;

(b)

by deleting the words “out of” appearing in the first line of subsection (2) thereof and substituting therefor the word “by”; and

(c)

by deleting the word “Fund” appearing in the second line of subsection (2) thereof.
