Clause 12

Amendment of Second Schedule

The Second Schedule to the Ordinance is hereby amended by inserting immediately after paragraph 17 thereof the following new paragraph: —“18. To own and operate vessels for the purpose of providing any of the services which the Authority is required or empowered to provide.”.
