Clause 27

Amendment of section 87

Subsection (2) of section 87 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by inserting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (j) thereof;

(b)

by deleting paragraph (k) thereof; and

(c)

by re-lettering the existing paragraph (l) thereof as paragraph (k).
