Amendment of section 350
Section 350 of the Code is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the expression “inquest or inquiry, at which a verdict or” appearing in the first line thereof and substituting therefor the expression “inquiry, at which a”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “Inquest or inquiry” appearing in the marginal note thereto and substituting therefor the word “Inquiry”.
