Repeal and re-enactment of section 320
Section 320 of the Code is hereby repealed and the following substituted therefor: —“Inquiry in case of person dying in institution or suffering capital punishment
320. An inquiry shall be held in every case of the death of a person detained in an institution or of a person who suffers capital punishment.”.
