Clause 4

Amendment of section 15

Subsection (1) of section 15 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by relettering the existing paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d) thereof as paragraphs (b), (c), (d) and (e) respectively; and

(b)

by inserting immediately before paragraph (b) thereof the following new paragraph: —“(a)has been registered pursuant to an order made by the Minister under paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of section 5 of this Act and who has contravened or failed to comply with any conditions or restrictions imposed by such order; or”.
