Clause 12

Nothing in the provisions of the Medical Registration (Amendment) Act, 1971, shall affect the registration of any person who is registered or deemed to be registered under the principal Act immediately before the date of the coming into operation of the Medical Registration (Amendment) Act, 1971, and such person shall continue to be registered under the principal Act.
