Clause 16

The Minister may give to the Commission such directions as he thinks fit, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as to the exercise and performance by the Commission of its functions under this Act, and the Commission shall give effect to such directions.

The annual report for any year shall set out any directions given by the Minister under subsection (1) of this section and shall contain a report of any action taken by the Commission during that year pursuant to such directions.
