Clause 16

The licence issued under subsection (3) of section 7 of this Act, or a certified copy thereof, shall, so long as it remains valid, be exhibited in a conspicuous position at the principal place of business of the chit fund company and in the event of revocation under section 14 of this Act, the licence and all certified copies thereof shall be surrendered forthwith to the Commissioner.
