Clause 22

A chit fund company may receive contributions due from intending subscribers at the time of the signing of the agreement pursuant to subsection (3) of section 24 of this Act but if within fourteen days after the expiration of one month of the signing of the agreement the chit fund does not commence, the contributions received shall be returned to the subscribers.
