Clause 47

Every chit fund company shall exhibit throughout the year in a conspicuous position in every office and branch of that chit fund company, a copy of its last audited balance-sheet and profit and loss account together with the full and correct names of all persons who are directors of the chit fund company, as soon as such balance-sheet is audited.
