Amendment of section 4

Subsection (1) of section 4 of the Common Gaming Houses Act (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the principal Act”) is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or assists in carrying on a public lottery” appearing in paragraph (c) thereof;

(b)

by deleting paragraphs (d), (e) and (f) thereof; and

(c)

by re-lettering the existing paragraphs (g) and (h) thereof as paragraphs (d) and (e) respectively.
