Provisions of Part to apply to other premises as the Minister may direct
The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, direct that the provisions of this Part of this Act shall also apply to any class or description of premises as may be specified in the order, and the provisions of any regulations made under section 25 of this Act shall apply to such premises as they apply to industrial or trade premises.
