Clause 13

The Director may, by notice in writing served on the occupier of any industrial or trade premises, require the occupier to furnish to him within fourteen days or such longer period as may be specified in the notice, any information as to any fuel burning equipment, control equipment, or industrial plant or process in or on the premises and any fuel or any material burned therein or thereon.
