Clause 17

Appeals

(1)

Any person who is aggrieved by —

(a)

any decision of the Director with respect to his application under section 4 of this Act; or

(b)

any notice issued by the Director under section 11 of this Act,may appeal to the Minister whose decision thereon shall be final.

(2)

An appeal under this section shall be instituted within fourteen days after such person has been notified of the decision of the Director under section 4 or been given the notice under section 11 of this Act, as the case may be.
