Advisory and technical committees
(1)
The Minister may, from time to time, appoint such advisory or technical committees as he thinks fit for the purpose of giving advice and assistance in regard to any matter falling within the provisions of this Act.
(2)
The composition of such committees and the terms of appointment of the members thereof shall be determined by the Minister.
