Clause 6

Certain work on scheduled premises to have written permission

The occupier of any scheduled premises shall not without the written permission of the Director —

(a)

alter the method of operation of any trade, industry, process, fuel burning equipment or control equipment or industrial plant in or on the premises;

(b)

install, alter or replace any fuel burning equipment or industrial plant in or on the premises; or

(c)

erect or alter the height of any chimney through which air impurities may be emitted from the premises.
