Amendment of section 12

Section 12 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the full-stop appearing at the end thereof and substituting therefor a semi-colon; and

(b)

by adding thereto the following new definition: —“ “Registrar” in relation to any court means the Registrar of that court.”;
