Amendment of section 5

Subsection (1) of section 5 of the principal Act is hereby deleted and the following substituted therefor: —“(1) The Board shall consist of —

(a)

the Chairman;

(b)

the Director of the Board appointed under section 7 of this Act;

(c)

two members to be appointed by the Minister from amongst the associate members; and

(d)

eight other members to be appointed by the Minister.”.
