Clause 19

Obstructing officers of the Board

Any person who obstructs or hinders any officer or agent of the Board acting in the discharge of his duty under this Act or of any of the regulations made thereunder shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars.
