Power to remit and exempt
(1)
The Minister may, if he thinks fit, remit the whole or any part of the cess paid under this Act.
(2)
The Minister may, if he thinks fit, and upon such conditions as he may impose, exempt any tourist hotel, tourist food establishment and tourist public house from payment of cess levied under this Act.
