Clause 28

Transitional provisions

Any subsidiary legislation made under the provisions of the Tourist Promotion Board Act relating to the matters falling within the scope of this Act and which is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act shall remain in force and shall be deemed to be made under this Act until it has been revoked or replaced by subsidiary legislation issued or made under this Act.
