Powers of the Corporation
The Corporation shall have power for the purpose of the furtherance and discharge of its objects under section 5 of this Act —
(a)
to prepare and execute a scheme or schemes for the use of the National Stadium whether by lease, rental, hire or other means;
(b)
to permit sporting events, exhibitions, cultural activities, musical shows, parades or any other form of activity to be held at the National Stadium upon such terms and conditions as the Corporation may think fit;
(c)
to assist other bodies, persons and Government departments to make use of the National Stadium; and
(d)
to participate in activities advantageous or necessary in order to further the objects of the Corporation.
