Clause 12
Power to raise funds, receive donations, gifts, etc.
For the furtherance of its objects the Corporation may —
(a)
raise funds by all lawful means, including the proceeds from events staged by the Corporation or by other bodies and persons either at the National Stadium or elsewhere;
(b)
receive donations, contributions, subventions, grants and other forms of aid from all lawful sources and upon such terms and conditions as the Corporation may think fit;
(c)
accept gifts, legacies, other donations and contributions in kind; and
(d)
receive subventions and contributions from Singapore Pools (Private) Limited.
