Budget
The Corporation shall in every financial year cause to be prepared in a form to be approved by the Minister a budget to be forwarded to the Minister not later than the 15th day of November containing estimates of income and expenditure of the Corporation for the ensuing financial year —
(a)
on capital account;
(b)
relating to the management and maintenance of the National Stadium and all other property of the Corporation; and
(c)
relating to the execution of its powers, functions and duties.
