Clause 3

There shall be established in accordance with the provisions of this Act a body to be called the “National Stadium Corporation”.

The Corporation shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold or dispose of property, both movable and immovable, to enter into contracts, to sue and be sued in its corporate name and to perform such other acts as bodies corporate may by law perform.
