Gifts to the Fund to be exempt from income tax
The Fund shall be deemed to be an institution of a public character approved by the Minister for Finance for the purpose of paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of section 37 of the Income Tax Act (Cap. 141, 1970 Ed).
