Clause 5
Objects of the Corporation
The objects of the Corporation shall be —
(a)
to prepare and execute the proposals, plans and projects for —
(i)
the erection, construction, conversion, improvement and extension of the buildings, grounds, stadiums and other amenities which shall be comprised in the National Stadium;
(ii)
the installation, commissioning, setting up and maintenance of all equipment and all other related movable and immovable assets at the National Stadium;
(b)
to manage, control, supervise and operate the National Stadium; and
(c)
to maintain, upkeep and sustain the National Stadium and all other property of the Corporation.
