Amendment of section 13

Subsection (1) of section 13 of the Science Council of Singapore Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “January” appearing in the first line thereof and substituting therefor the word “April”; and

(b)

by deleting the expression “31st day of March” appearing in the second line thereof and substituting therefor the expression “30th day of June”.
