Clause 13

Investment of money belonging to the Corporation

(1)

Money standing to the credit of the Corporation may from time to time be invested in any of the securities in which trust funds may, by section 4 of the Trustees Act (Cap. 40), be invested.

(2)

The Corporation may, with the written approval of the Minister, invest money standing to the credit of the Corporation from time to time in shares of any private or public company.
