Clause 13

If any officer or employee of the Corporation pawns, sells, loses by neglect, makes away with or wilfully or negligently damages any arm, ammunition, accoutrement, uniform or other article supplied to him, or any vehicle or property committed to his charge he shall make good, either partially or wholly as the Corporation may determine, the value of such property or the amount of such loss or damage, as the case may be, and such value or such amount may be recovered from his salary.
