Clause 2

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —“Chairman” means the Chairman of the Corporation;“Commissioner” means the Commissioner of Police of Singapore;“Corporation” means the Commercial and Industrial Security Corporation established under this Act;“member” means a member of the Corporation and includes the Chairman;“Minister” means the Minister charged with the responsibility for home affairs.
