Clause 27

The Merchant Shipping Act (Cap. 172) is hereby amended by deleting subsection (8) of section 347 thereof and the marginal note thereto and substituting therefor the following: —“Fee to be paid to National Maritime Fund(8) All fees received in respect of exemptions granted under subsection (2) of this section shall be paid to the National Maritime Fund set up under the National Maritime Board Act, 1972.”.
