Clause 29

Repeal

The Seamen’s Registry Board Act (Cap. 174), the Seafarers’ Welfare Board Act (Cap. 319), the Singapore Mariners’ Club Act (Cap. 322), the Singapore Sailors’ Institute Incorporation Ordinance (Cap. 321 (1955 Revised Edition)) and section 114 of the Merchant Shipping Act (Cap. 172) are hereby repealed.
