Clause 13

Punishment

Where a commanding officer deals with a case summarily he may if he records a finding of guilt award one or more of the following punishments: —

(a)

suspension of membership in the Corps for a period not exceeding three months;

(b)

where the cadet holds a rank, reduction in rank;

(c)

reprimand.
