Executive Director of the Board
(1)
The Board shall, with the approval of the Minister, appoint an Executive Director of the Board who shall perform such duties as the Board may entrust or delegate to him. The Executive Director shall be a member of the Board of Directors but shall have no voting rights in respect of any matter deliberated upon by the Board.
(2)
If the Executive Director is temporarily absent from Singapore or temporarily unable for any other sufficient reason to carry out his duties, another person may be appointed by the Board to perform the functions of the Executive Director during such temporary absence.
