Clause 17

So soon as may be after the 1st day of April but not later than the 30th day of September of each year, unless expressly authorised in writing by the Minister, the Board shall prepare a report of its activities and operations in the preceding financial year and shall send a copy of such report to the Minister who shall present the copy of every such report to Parliament.
