Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —“Board” means the National Productivity Board established under section 3 of this Act;“Chairman” means the Chairman of the Board;“Executive Director” means the Executive Director appointed under the provisions of section 10 of this Act;“functions” means the objects, powers and duties of the Board.
